Export Cost Calculator

What it does

Export Cost Calculator is a free connector from Chukoudan (chukoudan.com). Once connected, the assistant can call 15 read-only trade tools: FOB, CFR and CIF quotes and profit, export tax-refund rate lookup (the published rates, by customs code and day), refund arithmetic on the amounts and rates you give, container loading and CBM, currency conversion and FX cost, proforma invoices and unit conversion. Every figure is worked out by the same code as the web pages, and every answer carries its source line, with the data version where data is used. The assistant does not do the arithmetic itself.

How to use it

Search for "Export Cost Calculator" in WorkBuddy's connectors and press Connect. No key and no login.

What we keep

• Purpose: only to work out the result you ask for and return it, to count calls, and to keep the service secure. We do not use what you send to train any model.
• Not what you ask or what is worked out. The service only adds up calls per day (which tool, which kind of caller, the program name the caller gives itself (first word only), success or error); it holds none of what you send, and there are no accounts.
• The service uses only the program name, the tool name and the figures you ask it to work out (discarded once the answer is made); anything else in a request (for example conversation content, task ids, folder names, if a client sends them) is not used, not logged and not stored.
• Like any website, the server's access log records the time, the path, the program name and the IP address (nothing after the "?"), kept for 6 months on servers in mainland China.

What it is not

It gives calculations and reference figures, not tax, legal or investment advice; it does not decide whether you qualify for a refund and does not file anything for you. Whether an exporter qualifies for a refund is for the tax authority and a tax adviser. The assistant's answers are AI-generated: check them before use.
